Kristina

Kristina is a certified yoga instructor with over 7 years of teaching experience and specialized training in restorative and postpartum yoga. As a mom of twins, she intimately understands the physical and emotional transitions that come with the postpartum journey. Her classes offer a gentle, nurturing space where new mothers can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and find moments of deep rest. With a calming presence and trauma-informed approach, Kristina creates an inclusive, supportive environment that honors each student’s unique experience.
