Danielle Hall, LMHC, PMH-C
Danielle Hall is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, certified in Perinatal Mental Health. She works with women transitioning into motherhood, from the early stages of pregnancy, to well adjusted moms navigating the teenage years. She also works with young-adult men and women struggling to find a sense of self, feeling anxious, and adjusting to life transitions that come with adulthood.

Many of Danielle’s clients have found themselves in therapy before, and may be wanting to dive deeper into self-reflections and exploration. Danielle may be a good fit as your therapist if you have noticed an increase in internal conflict, or old patterns of behavior and responses to situations that no longer serve you the way you need them to. Or maybe you want to better understand some perfectionistic tendencies and quiet that inner critic. Her ultimate goal is to help you find the balance to live the life you value and deserve.

A Note From Danielle:
"In my practice, I use approaches that focus on self-kindness and understanding the different aspects of who you are. One approach, Compassion-Focused Therapy, helps you learn to quiet self-criticism and be more supportive toward yourself, especially during tough times. Another, Internal Family Systems, explores the “parts” of you—like the part that feels anxious or the part that wants to protect you—and helps those parts work together in a healthier way. Together, these methods help you feel more balanced, at peace with yourself, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges."
